Sourcing the vehicle, checking the documents, coordinating with the customs broker, the border crossing and the temperature record — we run all of it through a single point of contact. All 19 of our semi-trailers are ATP/FRC certified reefers; when a route or a capacity is beyond our own fleet, our TİO licence lets us source a vehicle from our network.
One team, one point of contact, from enquiry to delivery.
The people who carry the load, source the vehicle, check the documents and talk to the customs broker are the same team. You follow the whole job from one place.
01
Temperature-controlled transport with our own fleet
All 19 of our semi-trailers are ATP/FRC certified reefers, so the fleet is built for temperature-controlled freight and nothing else. Each trailer is pre-cooled before loading, the set temperature is held for the whole journey, and the data logger record is handed to you at delivery.
When the route, the equipment type or the capacity a job needs is beyond our own fleet, we do not turn the job away: our TİO organiser licence lets us source a vehicle from the licensed carriers in our network. The contract, the tracking and the documents still run through us, so your point of contact stays the same.
We check the CMR, the TIR carnet, the commercial paperwork and the certificates of origin before loading, and tell you about anything missing before the vehicle leaves. The customs declaration is drawn up by a licensed customs broker; coordinating with that broker and with the border post is our job.
Fleet and capacity as recorded in the official vehicle register
We show the fleet exactly as it appears in our official vehicle register (Taşıt Belgesi): owned tractor units and semi-trailers are counted separately, and vehicles held under contract are listed on their own line.
Growth
On 28.05.2025 we were running 17 vehicles with 320 tonnes of approved capacity. In the 15 months since, our approved capacity has doubled and the fleet has grown to 39 vehicles.

From Mersin to four regions
Once your load is on the road, the process starts with us and ends at delivery.
Sourcing the vehicle, checking the documents, coordinating with the customs broker, the border crossing and the temperature record — all in one file, with one point of contact.
We also look at enquiries for routes that are not on this list. On routes our own fleet does not cover, we source a vehicle as transport organiser.

Why Flowen
Everything we promise has a licence or a record behind it.
Transport licence, equipment certificate, temperature record and a signed CMR — we work from documents, not from assurances.
L2 transport licence
We run our international road transport under licence no. EDK.U-NET.L2.33.8408, the L2 International and Domestic Logistics Operator Licence (L2 Uluslararası ve Yurtiçi Lojistik İşletmeciliği Yetki Belgesi). It is valid until 03.11.2028.
TİO transport organiser licence
Our transport organiser licence lets us contract directly with licensed carriers. When our own fleet is not enough, we source a suitable vehicle from our network instead of turning the job down.
ATP/FRC certified reefers
All 19 of our semi-trailers are classified as FRC under the ATP Agreement. That class covers reinforced insulated equipment able to reach and hold any set temperature between +12 °C and −20 °C.
CMR and documents, one point of contact
The CMR consignment note and the documents accompanying the goods are checked before loading. Whether the load moves on our own vehicle or on one sourced from our network, you deal with the same people from enquiry to delivery.
Process
Five steps from enquiry to delivery
The process is the same whether the load moves on our own vehicle or on one sourced from our network.
01
Enquiry
We take your enquiry and assess whether the goods and the route are suited to carriage in a reefer semi-trailer.
02
Suitability and document check
We check that the goods, the route and the paperwork are fit for carriage, and flag any missing documents before loading.
03
Vehicle assignment
We allocate a vehicle of the right equipment type from our own fleet; where the route or the capacity is beyond it, we source one from our network.
04
Loading and temperature record
The semi-trailer is pre-cooled to the required temperature before loading. From the moment loading starts, a data logger records the temperature.
05
Arrival and delivery
Once customs formalities are complete, the goods are delivered to the consignee. The signed CMR consignment note and the temperature record are sent to you.
Contact
Write to us about your cargo or your empty vehicle.
For a quote we need the commodity, the weight, the loading and delivery points, the required temperature and the date. If you are a carrier, tell us where the vehicle is, what equipment type it has and when it is free.
