Who we are

We are both a carrier and a transport organiser — and licensed as each.

Flowen Logistics is an international road transport company based in Mersin, Türkiye. Our L2 International and Domestic Logistics Operator Licence (L2 Uluslararası ve Yurtiçi Lojistik İşletmeciliği Yetki Belgesi), issued by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, covers carriage with our own fleet. Our TİO licence allows us to have goods carried in our own name and for our own account. Because we hold both, we do not have to turn a shipment down simply because it does not fit our fleet.

We are not a general haulier. All 19 semi-trailers in our fleet are ATP/FRC certified reefers, and we carry only cargo with a defined temperature range. Our equipment, our pre-cooling routine and the way we keep temperature records are built around that. The temperature a consignment has to travel at is therefore not an extra requirement for us; it is the normal starting point of the job.

We work mainly with exporters in Türkiye and with carriers and forwarders abroad. Our organiser role begins where a shipment goes beyond what our own fleet can do: when the route runs in a direction our fleet is not currently covering, when the equipment asked for is something other than a reefer, or when more vehicles are needed at once than we can spare. On a shipment like that we act as organiser rather than carrier, and we source the vehicle from licensed carriers in our network. The contract, the documents and the tracking stay with us.

Fleet and capacity

The fleet and capacity recorded in our Vehicle Document

We state our fleet figures the way the official Vehicle Document (Taşıt Belgesi) sets them out: owned tractor units and semi-trailers are counted separately, and contracted vehicles are listed on their own. The authorised carrying capacity is the figure on that document as well.

Growth

The document dated 28.05.2025 showed 17 vehicles and 320 tonnes of authorised capacity. Over the 15 months since, our authorised capacity has doubled and the vehicle count has reached 39.

Licences

What each licence allows us to do

These licences also mark the limits of what we may do: what we may carry in our own name, what we may arrange to have carried by other licensed carriers as organiser and the standard our equipment is certified to.

L2 International and Domestic Logistics Operator Licence (L2 Uluslararası ve Yurtiçi Lojistik İşletmeciliği Yetki Belgesi)
EDK.U-NET.L2.33.8408 · valid until 03.11.2028. This licence is the legal basis of our commercial activity, and the vehicles in our fleet are recorded in the Vehicle Document attached to it. Under Article 6 of the Road Transport Regulation, the definition of a logistics operator covers not only carriage but also the loading, unloading, storage, stacking, sorting and delivery of the goods once they have been taken over.
U-NET number
1309830. This is our licence number in the Ministry’s registry system; official enquiries return our company under it.
TİO — Transport Organiser Licence (TİO — Taşıma İşleri Organizatörlüğü Yetki Belgesi)
ADN.U-NET.TİO.33.9608 · valid until 03.11.2028. TİO is the Turkish licence for transport organisers. It allows us to have goods carried in our own name and for our own account, using the vehicles of licensed carriers, and to issue the transport invoice ourselves. We act in this capacity on routes, equipment types and capacities that go beyond our own fleet.
ATP/FRC certified reefer semi-trailers
19 semi-trailers. ATP is the agreement that sets the standard for the equipment used in the international carriage of perishable foodstuffs. Class FRC describes mechanically refrigerated equipment with heavily insulated bodies, able to bring the internal temperature to any set value between +12 °C and −20 °C and hold it there.

Working principles

How we work

One point of contact

You deal with the same person from enquiry to delivery. That holds whether the load travels on our own vehicle or on one we source from our carrier network as organiser. You do not have to deal with the vehicle owner separately or chase a second party for a rate or a date.

Documentation discipline

We check the paperwork before loading and report anything missing before the vehicle leaves. Customs formalities are handled by customs brokers; Flowen coordinates the process and the flow of documents. The signed CMR consignment note goes back to the consignor.

Temperature record

Before loading, the semi-trailer is pre-cooled to the temperature you specify, and the set temperature is held for the whole journey. The temperature record is kept by a data logger and handed over on delivery. The temperature the load travelled at is then a matter of record, not of assurance.

Realistic dates

We base loading and arrival dates on the state of the route that day, the queues at the border crossing point and the readiness of the customs documents. We do not quote a date we do not expect to keep. If conditions change on the road, you will hear the new date from us before you have to ask.

Contact

Tell us the route and the temperature range, and we will set a vehicle aside.

The route and the set temperature you need are enough for us to see whether our ATP/FRC certified reefer semi-trailers suit the job; if the route or the capacity falls outside what our own fleet can cover, we take on the enquiry as organiser. If you are a carrier, send us the position of your vehicle and its equipment type.
